ORDERING

Thank you for placing an order. Once you placed your order you will receive an email with an order confirmation. Make sure to check your spam folder. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All paintings, works on paper and prints are carefully packaged and shipped out of my studio located downtown Toronto, Canada. Currently, I ship to Canada and USA using Canada Post delivery. Based on your preferences you can expect to receive your shipment within 8 -10 business days for regular delivery or within 3 business days with Post Priority. However due to COVID-19 delays may occur. Shipping charges for your preference will be calculated at checkout. Based on the dimensions and quantity of your purchase, your order may be split across shipments and may be processed in different days. International orders may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. All duties + taxes upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
I offer free shipping on all orders $500 CAD and up. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

Due to COVID-19 I don’t offer any pickup or delivery service. 

RETURN POLICY

All paintings, works on paper, prints, gift cards and sales are final sale.
If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know so I can help. Send an email to info@feliciaart.com within one week of receiving your package with any concerns you have in regards to your order. 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know my order has been placed?

You will receive a confirmation email. Check your spam folder. 

What methods of payment do you accept? 
I currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. 

How much will my shipping costs be? 
All orders $500 CAD and up are free shipping. For works on paper, prints and smaller paintings cost will be calculated at checkout via Canada Post.  

When can I receive my order?
Generally you can expect your order between 8-10 business days for standard shipping or 2-3 business days for express shipping. However due to COVID-19 delays may occur.  

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Where do you ship?
I currently ship to Canada and USA. I will add more locations in the future. 

The painting that I liked is sold out. Can you create a custom commission to match it?
All my work is a one of a kind and unique. If you see something on my website that you like and perhaps is sold out or not the right size please don’t hesitate to contact me at info@feliciaart.com. I would be happy to help. 

Do you offer any discounts?
Make sure you are subscribed to my mailing list and be the first to receive promos and notifications on new work available.

Your work is expensive, can I pay in installments? 
I offer payment plans of 2 easy installments paid every 30 days for paintings over $800.00 CAD, which are available on the product page and applied at checkout process. If you are interested in more than 2 installment payments please get in touch and I would be happy to discuss your needs.
